Customization Service

To achieve the best results, please prepare the following materials:

• Clear photos: Provide 2–3 high-quality photos with clearly visible facial details. Avoid excessive blur or obstructions. At least one unobstructed, front-facing photo is required.
• Preferred style images: Images you generally like (e.g., anime, illustrations) used to extract color palettes and textural brushwork. (Please refrain from using photorealistic photos.)
• Desired content: Briefly describe your envisioned image. The content of your style images and photos will not be replicated in the final design.
• Production time: Usually around 48 hours, subject to the actual request.

We deliver outcomes that align with your expectations within a reasonable scope, though not with the absolute precision of commercial design. The more complex the requirements, the higher the difficulty and uncertainty.

For instance, “a person eating an apple” is certainly achievable. However, when rigid specifications are imposed on pose, angle, background, required elements in the frame, and the exact shapes and positions of each object, the result will remain within an achievable range.

AI-driven creation is inherently range-based.

Major credit cards are accepted. Standard Service includes one minor revision; Professional Customization includes up to three free revisions within seven days. Refunds are available if production has not started or if technical issues occur. Given limited human resources and that each creation requires at least 20–30 minutes, free trials are not available at this time (they may be offered in the future).

Professional Customization offers the following advantages:

• Individually optimized design: Even if articulating requirements is difficult, we extrapolate and optimize the whole image based on personal traits and preferences.
• Multiple revisions: Up to three free adjustments to improve completion quality.
• Efficient communication: Direct interaction to precisely understand specific needs.
• Priority delivery: Such requests are prioritized and delivered as promptly as possible.

Compared with Standard Service, Professional Customization more accurately realizes your vision at a higher quality level.

You can check production progress via “Order Tracking” in the top navigation. Once completed, the work can be downloaded directly (typically PNG). If you provide an email address, delivery will also be made via email.

Submitted photos are automatically deleted within seven days after completion. Personal information is protected in accordance with international standards. Once payment is completed, rights to use the final artwork for personal or commercial purposes belong to you.
